Privacy Policy

At Infinity Park we take protecting your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

When you book: first and last name, email, phone number, license plate, vehicle make and model, flight number (optional) and any notes you add.

When you contact us: name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.

When you pay online: your payment is processed directly by Mollie, our payment provider - we never store your card or bank details.

Internally, our staff may record photos of the vehicle's condition on drop-off and pick-up, to document its state.

What we use your data for

To manage your booking and parking spot, coordinate your vehicle with you, and send you a confirmation email.

To process payment for your booking.

To respond to enquiries sent through our contact form.

To comply with our legal and tax obligations (for example, keeping invoicing records).

Legal basis

Contract performance: booking data is needed to provide the parking service you requested.

Legitimate interest: to respond to contact messages and keep our facilities secure.

Legal obligation: to comply with Dutch tax and accounting rules.

Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data to third parties. We only share it with the providers we need to run the service, acting as data processors:

Mollie (payment processing), Resend (confirmation and contact emails), Supabase (database and vehicle photo storage), and Render / Vercel (technical hosting of the website and booking system).

How long we keep your data

We keep your booking data for as long as our relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Dutch tax law (typically up to 7 years for accounting records).

Contact messages that don't lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its processing, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@infinityparking.eu.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our internal panel, limited to authorized staff.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll note them on this page.
